Northamptonshire based Darlow Homes is a rapidly growing company, to deliver our current pipeline of projects we recognise that building a professional team of quality appointments is critical.

Recent appointments include our Directors Assistant, Financial Director, Senior Accountant, Senior Book keeper & Administration Assistant. We also have a team of advisors who assist with our growth which has been paramount to our success to date. Our on-site delivery team is a mix of Main Contractors, Contractors, Trades and Labourers.

RICKY DARLOW

DIRECTOR

Ricky has over 20 years experience in construction, dedicating his working life to developing the built environment. His construction experience includes house building, logistics, civil engineering, education, retail & leisure & railway infrastructure. He started with Wilcon Homes when he was 16 and then progressed his career with some of the top U.K. Construction companies on multimillion pound projects as an Engineer & Construction Manager. He also gained a lot of experience in property as started investing in London at 24 years old. He acquired a multimillion pound property portfolio over a 10 year period & became financially independent and an equity millionaire at just 34 years old. Ricky has a Diploma in Construction and a 1st Class Honours Degree in Construction Management.

DEBBIE BURNS

DIRECTOR'S ASSISTANT

Debbie joined Darlow Homes as a Director's Assistant in April 2018. Debbie has over 20 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant working for both the Private and Public sector organisations. Debbie has been a truly exceptional addition to Darlow Homes, playing a key role supporting the Director throughout the growth of the business.

IAN FARRELL

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ian has over 30 years’ experience in the Finance Industry working for major developers including Bovis Homes, Barratt Homes, Kier and Bromford. Highly accomplished, results driven senior finance executive with an intrinsic knowledge of the construction, property and housing sector. Outstanding track record in the leadership of operational financial performance and maximising cash flows from SME’s to large international companies. Strong in profit and business turnaround, mergers & acquisitions including private equity investors, raising finance, financial planning / reporting to make business critical decisions.

PENNY WALKER

FINANCE MANAGER

Penny joined Darlow Homes in early 2018 and has been a great addition to the team. Penny has over 15 years’ experience in the Finance Industry and has been fortunate enough to work with some great Multi-National companies over the years.

Ricky stood out from the rest of the developers, and pleased to say that all he has said that he will do has been carried out to date, with integrity and enthusiasm… precisely what we needed as a novice seller.
